Once you’ve made your initial payment you’re all set – Instant access to your storage unit! You’ll be sent a text message and email with your gate access code and instructions for our storage facility!

All storage units are month-to-month rentals. Just give us 14 days notice and you can move out without being charged for additional months!

The storage unit prices you see on our website are all for a full month’s storage fees (including GST).

We provide a flexible storage solution, so any prepaid storage fees are refunded up to your move-out date. You’ll only pay for the time you actually use our storage units.

Storage Lord’s minimum period to rent a storage unit is one month.

All payments for storage units are monthly in advance and are due on the 1st of each calendar month. Your bank card you sign up with will be charged on the 1st of each calendar month.

When you rent a storage unit with Storage Lord, your initial payment is a partial month, making your storage unit paid up until the end of the first calendar month.

A refundable $100 Security Deposit is paid when you move-in. This is returned upon the storage unit being successfully vacated, cleared of all your belongings and left in a clean state.

We apply a common sense policy to our other fees, which only affect a small portion of our customers, as follows:

Late Payment Fee:
- $25.00 (including GST) charged 14 days after the Scheduled Payment Date if Your account has an outstanding balance
- $25.00 (including GST) charged 28 days after the Scheduled Payment Date if Your account has an outstanding balance.
Cleaning Fee of $100 (including GST), payable on demand from Us if We reasonably determine that the Space requires cleaning.
Administration Fee of $7.50 (including GST) per invoice for all invoices issued on a billing cycle shorter than one calendar month
Administration Fee of $25.00 (including GST) plus the Storage Fee (calculated per day) for the number of days the Space was reserved if you cancel your Storage Agreement prior to the commencement of the Fixed Period.

We have a 14 day move-out notice. Contact us before you vacate your storage unit with your move-out schedule we’ll send you move-out instructions.

After successfully moving out, you’ll be refunded any unused storage fees plus your storage unit deposit.
